Hey Reader,
How has your summer been? Knock on wood, but it seems like the worst of the summer heat is over here in Tennessee. Best of all, I found an orange leaf in my yard yesterdayβfall is coming, and I can't wait.

This fall, I'm hoping to head down to Florida to do some SCUBA diving, kayak in the Everglades, and get milkshakes at Robert's is Here.
Fingers crossed, I will finally get to dive the USCGC Bibb. It's the only major shipwreck in the Keys I haven't dived yetβnot for lack of trying. The Bibb is a deep-water wreck that is more often than not undiveable due to the currents.
I haven't quite decided where I'm going to kayak in the Everglades; it depends on how the diving goes. But I'm definitely planning to check out the newly reopened Flamingo Hotel.
If you have any questions about the Everglades that you want me to look into, hit the reply button and let me know.
I can't believe I have to say this, but you are NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY PAINTBALL in the US National Parks. You'll find the article in the News section at the bottom of this email.
Also, NPS has started cracking down on AWD vehicles on the 4x4 high clearance roads in Canyonlands National Park. Someone shared a letter they got for taking their Subaru Crosstrek out to Colorado River Overlook Road.
